Do you love musical improv, but sometimes feel less than musical yourself? Not a problem! Musical improv doesn’t require any musical experience, only the willingness to play. Students will learn to improvise songs with an accompanist using simple song structures. By learning to work with and create their own rhythms and patterns, students will gain skills that they can apply to all forms of improv.
