Masterclass: Applying Improvisation Skills in Organisations with Belina Raffy – This workshop will explore core ideas to develop improvisation skills in others, including refining better communication practices, adapting to emerging circumstances, and applying improvisation to the business world.

During the day we will explore:
  • ways to successfully bridge improvisation skills from the stage to the boardroom
  • models which help people to conceptualise improvisation skills in an accessible way
  • good games to use and how to set up and debrief them for optimal impact

Ideally participants would be familiar with the fundamentals of improvisational theatre, and/or be trainers or coaches who work in the field of professional development.
