The Improv Gym is a drop-in style workshop designed to hone the skills of experienced improvisers by working specific muscles. Part workshop, part jam, part social, the Improv Gym is an opportunity for improvisers to try something new, talk about your recent improv roadblocks, as well as get personal feedback and guidance on different styles of improvisation. Designed to give students the practice they need in a low pressure setting, the course is led by experienced coaches who will spontaneously decide how to lead each class based on the needs of the students, using focused exercises, and discovering the groups strengths and weaknesses as they arise. This course is for experienced improvisers who have been training for over a year, with the intention to perform onstage in an improvisation show.
If we do not reach a minimum of 8 registered players 48 hours before the workshop, it may be canceled. Please register below.
